Please don't buy HITACHI's product read my story.
HITACHI's authorised installation engineers misbehaved, manhandled, and verbally abused me on asking for an identity card. And they ran away without giving me bill for the payment I made. Afterwards in the evening 21st April 2016 the same day it all happened, me and my father are getting abusive and threatening calls from the Hitachi's authorised engineer.
After being physically and verbally abused the HITACHI's engineer is now threatening me on phone. I will be now reporting this incident at my local police station. I have already talked to my lawyer and have sent a mail to consumer forum.
I beg to higher authorities please take some action as this incident has left me in a very depressing condition.Below are the attachments of photographs of the HITACHI's engineers who misbehaved with me and now threatening me.
