I am using three door refrigerator costing very high. IN 2 yrs time I spent 12000 for spares. In 2 and half years water dispensor stopped working adding another 3000 rs. Do I spent around rs 150000 in such a short time
Service is very pathetic nh body bothers even after repeated reminders and top officialfd also do notbother to respond.
It appears that company get refrigerator manufactured in Thiland znd thr parts they use are of questionable quality Since these machines are for India I have avery strong suspicion that they areusing different msterisl.
In nut shell think analyse ask xquestiond to ecidting owners before buying Hitachi Machines
