I purchased this 1.5 ton hitachi ac from a local store for 27000 on october 2017.
after the first week only it started to make noise when compressor gets on or off I called hitachi and there executive came after 2 days, 11 october and they took away my ac for repairing now its almost 2 weeks I call them everyday and they say we are working on your complaint after 3 rd week i.e 1 november I got it back and it worked only for 2 weeks then it stopped cooling my acs gas leaked in the 2nd month itself .
I called hitachi and there executive came after 4 days and we dont have ac for more 2 weeks from then I have used ac only for 1 month in the 3 months after purchase such a bad customer service hitachi has they import cheap parts and kits from china and assemble them here , I would never recommend it to anyone
