After sale service didn't work. Review on Hitachi AC

Hello guys today . I Am going to present my view on Hitachi AC 1.5 ton ac this is my personal view on this product if any body has any type of obligation with my view comment below I will answer . my family bought two ac this summer for my home its cost around 50000 thousand to me a single ac costs is 23000 approximately but because I bought it two so its cost me 50000.we purchased these ac because we need two ac this summer because this time it was too hot outside we bought hitachi because it were looks pocket friendly that time when we went to market for purchase these ac with an average configuration .its worked perfect for three month until its service required .now I am coming to its demerits for after sale service our ac that time needed a urgent service because its too hot outside so we called their customer care because its about free service of these ac .so the customer care person picked a call and asked whats the matter so we said sir our service are due for these ac please do that .they said okay sir we will do as fast we can .but its around a week ago none of their person came to my home to gave service to these ac so we again called in his service center and again asked for services for these ac and this time the person said sir we are sorry we are out of employee to give service to your ac please manage your service ac by your own .so you can think how will it looks means they have no care of their customer after selling his product .these just make fake promises and things like that . so I am not gonna recommend this product to anyone because this hitachi company's after sale service is not working as it has too . thank you .
