I have bought a 1.2 ton Hitachi Split Ac(RAS314AWD) on 14th April 2016 from Khoshla Electronics Behala, Kolkata, West Bengal. They delivered the product on 18th April after 3days Hitachi Service Centre contact me to install. Every day Service center told me to stay at home, I take leave from work but ultimately they reached on 28th April 2016 after harassment.
They Install the Ac but it is not cooling and a horrible sound coming from outdoor unit. Installer told me that the unit is faulty; a person will come and change the unit. I contact with Service center and they assure me that she will send a service Engineer to check. Also I lock complain on 35324848 number but till today no one come here. Again I contact with Service Center and they are saying the same things.
