I have Hitachi's AC(1 tonne) installed at my home in my room, and in the second season itself, it started giving problems. First there was a problem with its remote which we had to get replaced while the product was still in waranty. Second, the cooling capacity of the AC reduced considerably after the first season. One of the buttons on the panel have become disfunctional too. Though the service is good enough, I was quite dissatisfied by the AC. It was my first and last Hitachi AC.
