I purchased Hitachi WINDOW AC - 1.5TR CLASS HITACHI KAZE WAC - RAW318KRD.I saw the 5 star control rating, and blindly bought it.In very first week it broken down.It's gas started leaking and there was bad smell from it.There was ice on vents.So I called their customer support.After waiting around five days their engineer came.He start blaming us for problem in AC.He repair it and fixed in in window and told it will not break again.But the same problem happen in next six months.I logged online complain.I receive mail that my complain will be resolve soon.I waited for two days when no one came I called on their customer care number. The executive attending the call was not at all friendly, he told me that you should have wait for some time.There engineer came after ten days and charge fees though our ac was in warranty period.They are very slow for giving service.These people did not take care of customers.
