I had bought a 1.5 tonne A/c 5* 10 days back in Guru gram(Haryana) and it worked Ok, but remote is not working I called to customer care ten time he says that your complain are registered your remote is replace within two working days, but we are not received any positive replay after 7 days, my problem is
however I believe its performance is mediocre, definitely not at par with the premium that this brand charges its customers. Neither the cooling is that great, nor its very silent, it creates its fair share of noise.
Bottom line: The service of Hitachi is extremely poor and delayed and there is no consideration for the customer’s pain. Un professional dealer & staff also, all staff giving service without uniform They are just a Big Brand and making the sales due to their name, nothing else. Go for another brand that gives you a good and quick service or at least sets your expectations right.
