Hello guyz.
I am Using HItachi AC since previous 1 year and based on my experience I am going to share my reviews and experience that I had with this AC.
Initially I didn't recognize the need of AC because me and my family used to prefer Air Coolers in their rooms. But when we shifted to our new home. then we realized the need of a window AC. so then we decided to buy an AC for our home.
So then I went for a HItachi AC .as I was told of it's superior performance. from many of my friends.But along with they warned me about the Poor customer service.but I didn't noticed that fact so much .because my only concern to buy to an AC for my family.
when I get know about the AC functionality .first I get know about the Compressor.
Earlier HItachi AC's used to have Japanse Compressor of MItushubushi .But these days they have replaced with the compressors found in otherbrands.like voltas. as the local dealer.told me.
Now lets move on the actual functionality of Hitachi AC.
I purchased 1.5 tons AC which started to malfunction within months of purchase. and even 3 months.after reporting the problem they can not solve it.
It does not cool in peak of summers,
yet it is costly .but not so much powerfull. you will never feel that you have installed an AC in your room.you will just get feels like. that An Air cooler.is throwing air in your room.
Some times compressor akes 2-3 minutes to start up, My Carrier one startes it early each time
As I mentioned that this product I bought just because many of well known persons .guides me for this AC's by making awaring of poor customer service.
I already mentioned all the poor qualities which I didn't liked at all about this HItachi AC. as above
So as per my opinion you should go for Voltas AC. It is much much much better in every aspect from this AC.
I do not suggest this product to buy.
