Purchased Hitachi 1.5 tonne split AC from E zone on 26th March 2016. The company has no service standards, they will just send a SMS, your installation request will be attended soon . No time limit to complete the work 1 day, 2 days, 1 week, 15 days?
After several follow ups the technician came on 5th April(after 10 days) but not compelted the installation the that day.He promised to finish the work next day. Surprisingly the company closed the installation unilaterally. Next day I again lodged the complaint, but again waiting for 1 week for completion of installation. There is no call, no update from Hitachi.
Please do not buy this product.
