I'm a Hitachi fan. Few years back when I went for a split AC from their stable, I was impressed with its performance, its fuss free, straight forward and focused on its functionality. Obviously for a second one, I chose anything else but a Hitachi. In March end this year, I bought a 1.2TR Zunoh. Its performance was again to fit my expectation and its own big name.
But the catch was clear when Kolkata started to have its quota of downpour in June. Water started to sip through the hole made for indoor-out door connection, My heart bleeds with the sight of my wall painted so dearly blotched day-by day,
I booked a call. Initially the call-center guy said it was problem of your building and closed the call. I booked a second call-that time a person from service center came- a nice guy I would say, he inspected the mess and said it was the jamming of hole, it was not done properly, there was no cement at all, it is sand or dust. The man asked me to book another call, right then he could not do any help.
Well, Hitachi is a big company but they out source their installation job to beggars!
