Please DO NOT buy commodes with ceramic tanks! This is with regard to the ceramic tank attached commode we purchased last month for 18k but landed up to 20k including installation. We were never informed that the ceramic tanks have low water pressure. Upon installation, when we checked the flush and realized the water pressure was low, the service man says, this is how ceramic models work. How useful can a commode be when your flush has no pressure?
When we asked this question to dealer, he pointed out to customer care. Therefore, I raised service request. The service man who came to check was very rude and asked if we got the product on road side. I did not know Hindware's quality is of road side standards. I raised this issue again with the customer care, all that I got was, we will try and improve our service / product. But what about the 20k I spent? Just a loss!
