Hindware is a familiar brand in bathroom fittings and I have seen advertisements in TV so chosen this brand for bathroom fittings at our new house.The price of Hindware products is also in budget and they are stylish.But after using this I came to know that the quality level was not up to the standards.
After the use for 6 months, issues started with these products.The water started leaking as I am using 3 in 1 system with provision for hand shower and head shower.But when I turn on it for the tap the water from the shower was also leaking.I just called to the customer care of Hindware brand and complained about the issue.But there was no response from them and one week over.So I decided to visit the customer care and went to the service centre.Then after two days they send their service man and resolved the issue.
This brand disappointed me with its quality as I chosen it for the quality products and I am not even satisfied with its service it was average.I could not recommend this Brand is not up to the expectations.
