I'm writing about my recent experience with Hindware products and their service.Sometime in April 2016 I have about Hindware products from Balaji Ceramics, Bangalore who is around ITPL. Within months after usage, one of our tenants comodo had troubles with flush. So I had raised complaint with Hindware customer service for replacement and it took around 45-60 days for the replacement piece to arrive and this is after continuous follow-up with all stack holders(Balaji Ceramics, Tulsi ceramics, Hindware customer care, Hindware Sales Team) and all were very unsupportive. The worst part is, they least bothered about customer concerns and they will be taking their own sweet time untill you push them to move things. When finally Hindware approved my replacement order and shared same order with Tulsi Ceramics Distributor, Bangalore, he was denying to provide me the replacement piece, reason being that the end distributor Balaji Ceramics had yet to clear his old bills and replacement can be done only after clearing the bills by Balaji Ceramics. I, as a customer was getting affected by all their issues and they never bothered about this. Finally after clearing bills, Tulsi Ceramics has released me product and I had to personally take care of pickup of the product and I had to spend another 1000 rupees for the transportation. This is my first experience with Hindware team and products. Here comes the worst part, Now again one of my tenant is facing same issue with their comodo and again I had raised replacement request. So again im going through same HELL lot of procedures. Not very sure how long it would take for replacement. So my Final say on this is, Say NOOOOOOOOO to HINDWARE products. They are worst quality, 2 out of 6 comodos are faulty pieces which make 33% faulty products.
