I have heard about Hindware alot from people and watched lots of advertisements on the tv. That led me buy 2 faucets for our sink and basin at home in July 2015. The quality of faucets seemed good in the beginning but after 4-5 months both of the faucets started leaking and I didn't like to see water getting wasted whole day.
So I called the dealer where I bought the faucets from, He suggested me to take those to the Service Centre. And that's when I got to know that Hindware service centre people are so illiterate and untrained. They kept trying to blame me for the leaking problem by saying you close the tap too tightly, that made this problem. I mean how do we close a facet tightly? It isn't 1990 anymore and we don't use old design taps anymore.
But I'm thankful to god that they finally agreed to repair after a pretty big argument. But It certainly changed my opinion about Hindware. Pretty disappointed.
