Our Complaint no MJ820252, MJ819621. No solved this problem.
Sir, today I received a call from your
company's service personnel, named Dharmender(from Ludhiana) who once
visited my home for this product's servicing, and now he is asking for
1650 INR to solve this problem. We have purchased this product before
six months from now and it's under guaranty period then what is the
logic for paying this sum of money. Besides this he also told that no
service- personnel from your company, other than him, is going to
visit my home to solve this problem so we have no choice other than to
pay this money.
Is this your company's monopoly to deal with your customers after
selling your products?
It's my humble request to you that please solve this issue as soon as
possible, otherwise we have to knock the consumer- court's door.
