Born on 23 July 1973 and introduced in the industry by Salman Khan for whom he has already composed in 11 movies. Himesh Reshammiya
is the musician singer who is getting the same response which R.D.Burman used to get in his days. Coincidence is his father Vipinbhai Reshammiya who is a veteran Gujrathi Music director had been with R.D.Burman as his ace musician for years.

He loves to experiment with his voice and with his music too.
-> Thats why there is a 180 degree difference in the music of Tere Naam and Aksar or any recent movies.
-> Thats why there is a 1
80 degree difference in his voice in Ashiq Banaya title track and Mohabbat ki guzarish-Aksar specially when he sings the lines in the later one

*** MUSIC *** He learned that the new generation GEN-Y prefers catchy numbers. They will not listen to Dil kya kare by kishore but the same one by Shaan...they will not listen toh Ek Ajnabee by Kishore but by K.K
minus the generation GEN-X (the gen i belong to) which still love the original too.
*** VOICE *** He learned that people are fed up with Kumar Sanu, Udit Narayan kinda voices while they are enjoying Mann ki lagan-Paap, Allah ke Bande-Aisa bhi hota hai, Tujhe dekh dekh-Kalyug.
These tracks were having a very unconventional voice may be more of Pakistani Sufi kinda songs.
Observations :-
I remember in one of his interview Himesh had said that before coming to the industry he had already composed 10,000 tunes.
Observation 1:-
The work will be faster and the music director will be able to release 20-25 movies in a year.
But there are chances that some of the songs will be base less. It will end anywhere.

Its just ends at Tere bin (and then) its Aye aa oo....aye aa oo
Observations 2 :-
Mind well if a tune is precomposed and then lyrics have to be fit the tunes will be catchy but the lyrics wont suit it and the lyricist will often have to repeat some words.

Mind well if a tune is precomposed many of the times the lyricist has to forcefully use English words

Conclusion:-
The only fault of this guy is the kind of repetition in his music but I stand by him. Cause initially the same has been said by even a.r.Rahman and before you say something I agree Himesh is no a.r. Rahman.
50% cases the producers will come and say Himess jee please make one aashiq banaya aapne for me...please make Jhalak dikhlaaja for me.
Rest 50% case Himesh will think when its bringing in money why to change. When good music directors like Jatin Lalit and Viju shah are without work why to say NO
For Critics:-
As far as his singing is concerned they critics who say he sings from his nose are the same people who appreciated HIMESH which also bagged him the nations biggest Award:- THE FILMFARE not for music but for SINGING.
For Fans:-
Himesh should actually take a small break. Just change his style of music and come back with a bang as if you see the list below you will see there are so many hits in his goodie bag and this man has not even sold 1000 tunes out of his 10,000 from his stock.
