I have been using this for a year now.  My hair was never more than shoulder lenght.  I barely used to touch my shoulder and I used to get it cut because it used to be tooo thin to put a pony.  I have cut my my hair 4 times in the last year and I currently realised that I dont need to get it cut.  First time in my life my hair has not only touched my shoulders, but it is growing beyond and also my pony looks good. 

I dont say that it stopped my hair fall completely, my hair still falls but not as much.  And the number of hair on my head has DEFINITELY increased.  I apply a nut sized portion only on my scalp immediately after I have a bath (because I think that it is absorbed best).  Then I apply another nut sized the next day before I go to bed, the next morning I wash i.e I wash once in two days.  It has worked wonderfully well for me, I will continue to use it till I have another feet long hair - for the first time in my entire 30 years of life :).
