Accessibility: though the place in on the main road, as this is a very busy street, it is seriously difficult for the customer to park his car and enter into the shop.so, they should take care of the parking of the customer.
Customer service: customer service in this shop is not bad but when compared to other stores in hyderabad, it is little bit less and they have take care of this thing.
Availability of books:if we see from outside we will see so many books but when we start searching famous books and most recent collection, it is always sold out.so, they have to get updated.
Range of Books:there are many books in the store but when there are no books which are very famous, it is not a worth of buying that particular book.so, update is very important in this store
Overall experience: expect the shop's atmosphere, everything should be updated.
