Well, this is the company that has given me the most. It's my second company and I can say without any bias that it's a very good company for an entrant in IT. The kind of exposure that you will get would be immense. Be it technology wise or management wise. You will get exposure to both. There are many pros of HP but the only con is salary.
HP is the worst payer in the market and they time and again prove that with the appraisals. Don't expect double figure appraisals. They are a dream, I would say an impossible dream. During my tenure of 25 months with this company I learned a lot and made lifelong friends, which is another pro of this organization. But left it due to salary constraints. My advice to the readers would be that join HP only for exposure.Period.
