Just visit a hospital and tell them you have chest pain, they will put a stent inside you. BINGO! you are life long addicted to their medicines now! That is how hp does business in India.
By mistake, I bought a Server from them. Now its controller card is not working. I'm stuck. Tried to contact hp. Now I know hp don't have any proper contact! They are facele_45ss! They are ruthless! They are NOT technical. they are cunning business people.
The contact number at their website, when contacted, gave me another number. That number, when contacted gave another number. Then I got two mobile numbers. The guy who own that mobile number said me that hp always gives his number and he don't know anything!

Got some level headed people from hp - they formed a team, coordinated superbly and made the controller card and its cache available for me. Even though the product was under warranty, I had to aishwaryasingh23 - no issue, it ended well, at last. Therefore giving full 5 star rating. Thanks!
(It is true that Raid 5 configuration is a waste, just like a coronary stent)
