I have just completed my engineering and have been 1 year since i have purchased this bike. I had taken this bike after lot of research among different bikes in the market other than fz, r15. I didn’t
want more than 150 cc because mileage was also important for me. I am neither a Bajaj freak nor a Honda fan. ALL I wanted was a comfortable, well performing and reliable bike. LOOKS: It is one of the best looking among the 150 bikes. I don’t know why people run after lcd meters and stuff when all you require is to read the speed. Moreover they are not as reliable as analog ones in the long run. Hunk has one of the best looking consoles among hero Honda bikes. The rear side of bike is not impressive as

the front but it is not bad either! PERFORMANCE: There are no doubts as this bike performs extremely well both on city as well on highways. The acceleration is very good when compared to other bikes. I used it more on highways than on city streets. There is a power boost in mid range due to ATFT. Max speed was not an issue for me because some crazy people just tell they reached 120,130kmph but in reality these speeds would have been achieved momentarily after they would return to normal speed. However I have reached a max of around 110kmph at 9000rpm. Beyond 100 the bike is a bit unstable although vibrations are very less as compared to its 150 counterparts. I recommend going at 80 or 90kmph on a highway at which this bike is very comfortable. MILEAGE: Till date i have got a worst of 35 kmpl and best of 50 kmpl in city. In hiways i got a best of approx 61.5kmpl (at 45kmph) and a worst of approx 46 kmpl(at 100kmph) all pillion less. HANDLING AND COMFORT: It handles very good and is very comfortable and smooth at ALMOST all speeds but beyond 100kmph, if rider bends forward a little then the instability as well as drag due to air can be eliminated .Its my own experience. IT’S just the way drag racers do. Refinement is a very characteristic of Honda and Hero Honda bikes. It does well in rough roads also. BRAKING: It is neither too hard nor too soft but just perfect for this bike to stop at place where you want. QUALITY/FINISH: The quality and finish are very good. The plastics used are very good .The indicator bulbs and rear mudguard are strong and don’t become loose start, vibrating like the pulsars. Till date I have faced a problem of sound from front disc which was corrected after my first service. I also removed the rear sari guard which helps in some fuel efficiency in long run The bikecosts 65000 now a days
