Excellent bicycle. I have been using mine since 1998 without any issues. Use it both in cities and in rough terrains. Gears are great. Yes, sometimes the chain has slipped off, but I can slip it back quickly and I was never stranded. The reason I came to this cite is to find the right place to get is serviced. Unfortunately I haven't find a good place to get it serviced. I have used roadside mechanics to change tyres and to get the machine oiled.
