Having spent a sedentary lifestyle over a decade, (thanks to my 12-14 hours online assignments), I gained a lot of extra weight with in last couple of years. I know that it takes mental eagerness and dedication to shed those unwanted extra pound .
I really liked to shed those unwanted ugly flab around my waistline mainly. So, I liked to try Herbalife last year on a serious note.
On a serious note means, I tried to consume the products at least for 6 months at a stretch. I had this nasty habit to leave something in between, so I decided to stick to Herbalife diet at least for 6 months. I could not follow their regime perfectly, still I could manage to lose some kilos and most importantly, Formula 1, one of the most popular products from Herbalife gives a definite boost to your overall health quotient.
Even if you are not losing your weight, it will definitely feel you more energetic and active. I should also mention the name of PPP and Afresh powder as I used the combo of these 3 products. I used 2 spoon full of Formula 1 with a single spoon of Personalized Protein Powder(PPP) for my meals. I drank afresh powder mixing with water whenever I felt a bit thirsty.
Both three products are good and I have been benefited using them together. Its AloePlus however has not made any noticeable effect on my wife's body. So, I am not sure of the usefulness and effectiveness of AloePlus. Aloplues is a food supplement to improve your digestive system.
Overall, the products seem to be good but do make a good hole in your pocket. So, these products are not at all budget friendly for middle class Indian. Though, the distributors are always praising the products and encourage us to use them forever. but unless the price is not reduced, only a certain percentage of people would be using it regularly!
I recommend the brand but not the price, honestly. This review is for the brand only, not for any specific Herbalife offices located in different cities in India.
