I had taken my 1.4 yr old toddler to the Mahalakshmipuram branch Hello Kids. One Miss Madhu attended us. I had concerns about his age and toilet habits as he was still in his diapers. The school made wonderful promises saying we will train him on "EVERYTHING". I got him enrolled and this I did in-spite of my neighbors warning me about the school's disability. Forget training, they would never even change his diaper. They would call back home and ask us to take the child home.......... I used to send my help to clean and they refused to let that too. When called and asked they said he needs to finish his potty before coming to school @ 9. How can a 1.4 yr old control his potty???
When called for clarification they said this is a "SCHOOL" not a "DAYCARE"...... and when checked about the promises made they had no say. Finally when I said if this continues I don't want my son to continue next year Miss Madhu (the so called management) said I DON"T CARE. Miss Madhu even we don't care if our kids do not study in your "GREAT SCHOOL". First, please get trained and qualified and then start the school. The brand name of Hello Kids is being badly effected by unprofessional and unethical people like you. And the owners of Hello Kids who apologiesed for such an act by one of their schools should not give franchise to such arrogant and untrained people.
Since it is admission time now... don't get lured by their talks. Beware parents........ don't even think of sending your lil ones to the Mahalakshmipuram branch..... its the worst punishment you can give!!!!
