Hi, I have taken admission for playgroup for my kid in JB Nagar in 2011. But I could not send my kid to school as there were no auspicious days till Oct from June. Meanwhile I got transferred to Hyderabad. I went to JBNagar branch and discussed with them about my transfer.
They told me that they can transfer to their nearest branch in Hyderabad. But after coming to Hyderabad, I noticed that there are only 4 branches of Hellokids in Hyderabad and the nearest branch is 7KM far from my place. They do not have transport to my place.
I spoke to JB Nagar in charge(Mamatha) about it. She gave me contact number of Mishra of head office Hellokids. I have explained the situation to Mishra over phone, told him that the nearest branch is 7KM and I can not drop and pickup daily my kid there as there is not transport.
Even if they have transport also it is very difficult to make the kid to travel 7KM for play group. He agreed to my points and said they will pay the amount back but after deducting the admission fee and one month tuition fee.
I have agreed for that. then Mishra took my back account number and told me that he will make an online transfer. After that I took admission for my kid in nearby school.
I did not get the money even after 10 days after Mishra said he will make online transfer. I have called him up again but he has changed his words. He said he is sorry but there will not be any amount paid back. I was surprised.
After arguing with him, he said he is sorry but can not do anything and he asked me to speak to his correspondent. I have called the number he gave me. One lady picked up the call and she said there will not be any refund. And she is assuming that I got admission for my kid in some other good school so I am telling the story of transfer.
hen I gave my Hyderabad address and asked her to confirm it by whatever way she want. She is not ready for that and she kept on saying there will not be refund.
Then I questioned her, why did not they tell me the same when I told the situation to Mishra or before I took admission in some other school. She kept saying again there will not be any refund. I again insisted on why they did not tell me that before I took admission in some other school and why did they say there will be partial refund. No answer for that question.
After insisting the same again and again, she gave the phone to some other person. He also kept saying the same thing. Again I insisted why they did not tell me the same when I said I can not join my kid in their Kondapur branch as it is far from my place.
Then he told me to get the money from Mishra as Mishra has told me that there will be a refund which
I felt like ridiculous. So, overall I felt they are cheaters and do not stand on their words.
