I just came back from JK-3 tour on 24th March and can't hold myself to share my experience.
This was my 3rd trip with Heena tours (my parents had about 4 tours) and it was one of the worst specifically it mattered when tour location was one of the best i.e. Kashmir
Completely pathetic customer service, no management. since you pay everything in advance, you are trapped and can't do anything with the mess their managers create.
Following issues were faced and inspite of escalations to their senior managers at Kashmir, nothing changed!
Worst food in Pahalgam (supposed to be basic service provided by Heena Tours)
Hotels with no power, non working room heater & faulty bed heaters
One day for Pahalgam was wasted in traveling only although as per the itinerary was supposed to reach Pahalgam by noon - we reached their at night 8:40 PM. totally un-safe as no road lights
In Gulmarg, had to walk 1+ kms every day just due to mismanagement/unnecessary savings - when I go to with tour operator specifically paying 65K for 7 days I expect at least basic experience if not royal.
Most of the times, managers will ask us to adjust, accommodate. totally ridiculous
Very bad buses and few people had to travel standing for almost 1+ hours.
In summary, unless really needed, avoid this tour operator!
