I had chosen Heena Tours for various reasons that they are publishing & committing; but during the tour they never performed up to the standards. The company management is not bothered to attend to complaints during the tour & after the completion of tour. Staff is ignorant & careless in attitude. It seems the co. is interested in taking sales bookings only.
Bad incidence & events do happen but it is the attitude that matters. I had experienced several shortcomings & had to compromise on several counts during the tour. On returning back, I had sent several reminders & made phone calls to their booking office & head office - but no one is responding or acknowledging my complaints.
Absolutely disgusting & unprofessional !!
