Took a Dubai tour in jan 2013 .first the positives : coordination at Dubai is good . Tour guide is helpful . Food all Indian not bad. If u cannot handle any other food abroad and want only Indian food this is the only tour operator in India for it. They give meal vouchers for local Indian restaurants in Dubai but some of those restaurants are extremely bad and unhygienic.
They gave us a 4 restaurants kamats, maharaja bhog , Rajdhani . And raj blog . The last one was good all the rest smelly and unhygienic .
The negatives : this is a all gujju tour . So expect mannerless gujju crowd who come with ten dozen kids and have no Idea on how to behave in flight or abroad .
Staff at Heena are the rudest ever. I have tried sotc and Thomas cook but Heena staff is worst .
The worst part . When I went to book the tour they told us that the tickets will be from Bahrain air . So I said fine that doesn't make any diff . But they did not tell us that the flight itself will be via Bahrain . So Instead of a 3.5 hr direct flight to Dubai these guys sent us via two flights which first took us to vbahrain and then to Dubai . It took 6+ hrs and the entire group had senior citizens. Y did they do this ??
Cause they had blocked a few tickets six months ago which would otherwise go waste so they cheated us by sending us via Bahrain air . On the day of departure when I protested they said they had already informed us about the flight being via Bahrain air .. Smart asses didn't tell us there would be two flights via Bahrain air . Also the flight start at 3 in the morning . Ina group full of senior citizens they didn't even think of all this beforehand .
Taking two flights to and fro exhausted us completely. Total fail and cheating by Heena tours . If u go to Dubai via Heena go via ur own flight it's costs same. Can I recommend henna tours ? Nope . Not at all . Fraud . Heena tours only good for India tours. Outside India go on ur own .
