Heat And Dust - Ruth Prawer Jhabvala

The ingenuineness of this review appears doubtful. Justify your opinion.
I feel this review is:
"Heat and Dust" portrays womanly existence in old and the modern age but acknowledges the analogous miseries of the two. The character of Olivia seems to be a real woman who implies towards the conventional understanding of mannish superiority. She becomes the epitome of feminine suffering at the masculine hands. The unnamed narrator criticizes at treating women just as an object of entertainment and not as a human being. The sacrifice of Olivia as well as her grand daughter to save the life and existence of the unborn is a real ironic whack on the face of our civilization. The novel presents a real picture of our so called modernism. The narrator proves that general thinking does not change with the change of time.
