Herbal Life Product. Review on Healthy Weight Loss

I had started Herbal life product but no use all money waste.  Total waste.

Anjali Mukerjee is also total waste, expensive. and wen you stop their programme you gain double.

Its very common to loose weight one has to cut on sugar, fats and all tasty and overeating.  Without exercise weight loss is impossible.

Medicines in the markets to loose weight plus supplements for weight loss during GYM makes you fat and gain extra weight double gain when you stop.

I have tried alll medicines, teas for all are short term once I stopped I gained.

Now nothing works on me.

LIDA is good for weight losss but you can loose only 2 to 3kg and then when you stop you gain.  When I stopped Lida I gained more by 20kg up.

Only control in food and exercise helps to loose weight.
