I do not understand your question when you say that you got to change your shampoo.I hope it has got nothing to do with the myth thjat you should change your shampoo every 6 months.
As for any shampoo, I do not think that it can be recommended.One has to try out the brand knowing their hair type and see if it suits them.I talk from my experience and now having found the perfect shampoo for my hair have been using it for 4 years now with excvellent results./
