I received this pressure cooker from amazon for $50 .So far I am very happy with the function.I have been using the ordinary pressure cooker for a long time so,hawkins brand is not new for me.
As usuall so far futura is working great.The design and usability is marvelous.It is very easy to clean because of being non-stick.The safty valve is very well designed ,whistle holes are easily visible and so easy to clean.Gasket also looks very sturdy and fits in the lid perfectly.Food difenitely cooks faster than other pressure cookek.Some reviewrs wrote that food turns into paste very easily,however I did not find that the food gets mashed up if you follow the recipes demand.

The only drawback I feel is that the lid dosent close and open very smoothly as the other ordinary hawkins pressure cooker.It takes few twists and turns to open and close it.
I have been using it for two months .Lets see how it works later.
Overall I am satisfied with the product.
