Plz dont go for hathway...i took the surf plan 256 unlimited. but the speed they provide is like dial up. If i call them, they never

attends the phone and customer support is poor. In the day time the download speed is around 20 to 25 Kbps good( from 12pm to 8 pm)..after 8pm that download speed goes down automatically. I dont know whether they are limiting the speeds for all customers or only god knows?...Also the download speed is around 2 to 4 kbps every night...i shud get atleast 25 kbps all the time...they are uploading more money to their bank account without proper service...if u call them they will immediately give u connection with no delay...but service or speed?..sorry dont expect that..they will not give......

There is another one name for hathway....poorway cable services...bullshit..

I sent them mail many times complaining the download speed...whenever i call them now,they will tell me to enter the DNS addresses (preferred and alternate DNS addresses in connection properties)...but what they are telling to me, is already saved in the settings....there will be no change in speed....i am struggling using hathway for more than one month and planning to change other provider....If u are satisfied with my review,accept this..or u want to know more abt hathway...message me...i am ready to help u...i dont want anybody to suffer like me...money waste.
