I have taken Hathway internet connection last year due to poor service we have disconnected it.
Hathway representative was more polite when I asked for new connection, till I make payment they were really nice . After making payment for connection representative has started ignoring my calls, it took me almost 8-9 days to follow up. When I call customer care they are also not answered me properly, finally they gave me connection. Most of the time I was facing issue with speed even though I located in Bangalore. Somehow we survived, finally we were planning to shift our house to other area. That month my recharge was due they made me to recharge of 3 months even though that provider not available in the new area. After shifting they said service not available in that area and they came in collected modem saying they will refund my money , , Till now they never done any transfer. Till now I am getting calls from Hathway for monthly recharge offer as they dont know even for disconnected connection hoe they can offer. I informed them to update my connection to disconnected in your system however they calls me frequently and starts the story from beginning.
