Poor Customer Service in Aurangabad. They would register a complaint. Next day a message would come that the complaint is resolved, which as expected it wont be. You cant call anyone directly and no one listen. And this would go on in an endless loop.
And later they would say that your modem wasnt registered. After one month of using their service, they say the modem is nt registered - its a bit perplexing.
