Hi,
I have taken hathway connection June 24 2016 for 3 months package and I have paid 2250rs. I had to discontinue the connection as I have opted for relocation 2 different places in Hyderabad(beeramguda and kalyanpuri colony) for which they don't have their network. They told me that if I discontinue they will refund the money but if I returned the wifi router which they me during installation. I have returned the router but till now I didn't get my money back to me, Nearly I should get 1500 rs back. Apart from this, these people will not maintain proper communication between their teams. Customer care people doesn't know anything at all. everything takes lots of time. Nodal officer DEEPA is an arrogant women, she will shout at customers without understanding the actual problem. I have raised concern till nodal officer but even then there is not resolution. Others PLEASE DON'T GO FOR HATHWAY BROADBAND, IT's WASTE FOR YOUR MONEY, TIME and ENERGY. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE BUSINESS BETTER NOT TO TAKE THIS SERVICE.
