I am a Hathaway broadband user from kolkate, and has been using the same for last 1 year of so and had been quite happy with the service WHICH Changed to bad experience when I shifted my house with in the same society First of all the customers care team say please do the the installation yourself as our enginerers will not do that, then they say it will take 5 working days now they say the cabeking under some other supplies so have to wait for another 30days. I asked the customer came representives what if it doesn't get done in 3days he say how can I say what if it doesn't get done in 3days and very rudely says I have to wait for 3days before any update. Just a question in this era for service quality it's quite bad experience and I am switching to other ISP as 10 days for connection movement is just not acceptable. Thought of posting is for other to know the issue and they may plan accordingly when they are moving the connection.
