I have been using Hathway Internet since 2008. Fist of all Hathway provided me internet facility where every other ISP denied. The installation procedure is fast and simple. Also no addition device cost if you buy 6 month or 1 year plan in advance. Customer service is friendly and prompt. Bandwith is always what has been commited. Only drawback I felt is that the wifi/router can only be used for hathway internet and no other ISP. Also in my area( Indirapuram) hathway is limited to gda and builder flats and does not provide facilities in any apartments.
Over all I am very satisfied with the services of hathway.
