Actually I want to give 0 stars, but those 2 stars are for their network speed, not services!
I accept that they offer great speeds at low prices, but when it comes into reality, the network is so unstable that I cant access it 3 days in a week, and coming to customer care services, which are so worst, I can give u an example
One day I was unable to access internet, and I gave a complaint to Hathway customer care and they said that the technician will be approaching u within a day, and after even 5 days he did not arrive and when I called them they are again repeating the same words. Worst Network I have Ever Experienced.
I wont Recommend it to any one!
