Worst connectivity. Once you have means every 2 to 3 days you have to call customer care for complaint that internet not working. Too much network fluctuation and also you cannot rely on it connection. When you raise a complaint then it will take at least 12 hrs saying they have 24 hrs timing.
They dont have provision of monthly payment and once you pay quarterly then gone, you have to continuously chase them for network problem. They even dont have refund policy if you want to disconnect it in between due to bad service and network problem.
Never go for Hathway. Make you life easy not miserable.
I am using it and waiting for 3 months to get over so that I can disconnect.
