I have been using Hathway for last 8 months and I had many problems with service. The customer service they provide is the worst in the world. You end up hanging up the call after 2+ minutes of call to customer care with so many options to reach a customer service executive and finally the announcement comes as there are'xyz' works going in your area. We just cant reach them even we have some other technical issue to discuss. I made many complaints to the company and this sxxx as no one takes it seriously and you wont get a single reply from any concerned person.
I was miss guided by one of the customer service executive for my renewal and to rectify that issue it took 7 days for them, that too after I made more than 50 phone calls to get my services back on.
They act very unprofessional and I dont know what in this country can sue this stupid company to the ground.
My experience is so bad with them. I wont recommend Hathway Broadband services to any one. Unless you dont have an alternative service provider in your area. That is what my problem is.
