I reside in JP nagar 8th phase, where all other BRAND ISP's are not available and so had to choose this fraudsters.
When I booked online, one of the so called executive called and informed that they will come and collect the money the next day and the connection will be given on that day evening. Mr.Devdarshan sent one of his colleague and took the money.When I asked for the receipt I was informed to contact Devdarshan.
Thank God I swiped the card so I have the message from hathway as the proof.
The next day I get a call telling that there is no feasibility in JP Nagar. Then I call Dev, he gives all the reasons in the world and When I call the next day, the person responds that he never took the money.From then If I call him from my number he never picks the call. I try from unknown number .I was awestruck with the behaviour.
Then I call support everyday, the executives feel "Very SORRY and WE APOLOGIZE" but they do nothing about it.
I am just sick of calling this people. Farheen, Syed are the executives whom I spoke to, No one was even responsible about what the issue.I have all the call recordings how the representatives take customer issues.
I have decided to let go the money as if I lost the money.
PLEASE DON'T GO FOR HATHWAY. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS .
