I took this connection last month 29 80MBPS 100GB download Rs.2250 paid online at madhapur, Hyderabad, Next they done wiring after my call but they forgot to provide Wireless device and configuration setting. chasing them continuously 5 days after they putted device and provided details to me but that time due to no electricity not able to access internet and later when I started to use than instead of 80 getting 2mbps. I observe this everyday after 12:30 AM it's only working and speed comes 45MBPS.
But normally we use at day time or evening. Than here after journey begins.again chasing them so many time few days one day area engg. told me that he putted router so speed will be come but still speed comes35MBPS only but it's better than previous at least evening time I can surf.
Now last 5 days no connectivity and I mailed they so many times and calls also. but result zero. you will die when you want to connect sales person or local area engg. to connect they always putted phone on switch off mode. Customer care always want 24 hrs after call once you connected.
Yesterday I mailed to appellate authority than after I got call from nodal office. She told me today evening connection issue will be resolved but no value of her words.
Except of my account ID I don't have any details from hathway. unable to trace my complaints or usage or plan details to.
May be I am main culprit who took connection from them.:)
