M using Hathway broadband Internet connection. Their plan says 50mbps. And what they provide most of the time is 1or 2 mbps. When ever there is an issue with the Internet, when we call Hathway customer care, they will say that they will look into the issue and we will get a call back from concerned department. But that will never happen. And the worst thing is we never know when they have maintenance work in a week or in a month. And there is no notification about the same to us. And they do it in weekdays. And there is no guarantee on when they will resume their services. It can take from 2 days to 10 days. So, I will not recommend the Hathway service who works from home or anyone who needs Internet badly. Because of my experience with these guys I say this is the worst service and their support team is worst.
