Guys when I was in hyderabad six months ago, I had a local Internet service for 2 years and due to tariff palns reasons I moved to Hathway. When I called the customer care they said they are running a nice offer which is a 3 month plan unlimited internet access for 2500/-. I took tis offer . The next day the serviceman came and fixed the line.
From Then the problem started. The worst internent service I have ever seen in my life. Worst speed. Believe me it will take 5 minutes to load a page. I called the customer service several times but no use. they simply say they will resolve the issue . No one will visit your place and really solve the issue. II had it for 2 months and disconnected.
I asked them to refund the money as I am moving out of the City but they simply rejected to pay my oustanding amount. They really suck people. I had so many calls and email conversations witjh them but no use. Finally I left my money
Worst service and worst support. Do not trust this service provider
Do not Go for this Intenet service guys
