Hathway is fooling customers by giving offers. I am using Hathway connection from few months back. Services like connectivity, speed is fine but when Hathway comes to money issue, they just suddenly hide. So below is what happens to me. On 30th dec 2016, Hathway send me a offer as recharge for 3 months or above and get 1 month free. I did the recharge on same day paid amount what they sent in message.But on 1st april 2017, Hathway told me that my offer will get expired on 4th april. Worse done by Hathway. And when I called customer care, they first ask me to send the screenshot of offer.(First of all, how can they ask customer to a message which is sent in dec 2016.Please look into your Database). Luckily, I have that message. So, I sent them message back and payment screenshot. Then they didn't reply at all after seeing systems, and started making excuses that it is problem with their systems, and just cut the call. I felt cheated by this incident.How they can do with customers like this.
so finally Hathway Broadband is giving worst services&Support.
Internet speed also too bad.
