Hathway has got to be the worst Boradband service I have ever used.
Firstly, when I got the plan fixed I was quoted one amount and the first bill was another amount, and I'm not talking about the extra router charge or the installation fee. The subscription charge that was billed to us was more than what was actually advertised, about 40% more.
Secondly, their internet service was never consistient. 2 days out of 7 it never worked.
Slow internet speeds.
Thirdly, they do not have a proper customer care center. If you are lucky enough to get though to them the agents are useless and incompetent and are unable to help you. They keep pending the issue whether it is technical related or payment related.
