I have used hathway broadband internet for about six months when I was staying in hyderabad for my masters coaching.
Well, internet was very much needed for my studies and so I took this connection as the office was near by and the offers were good and the prices were reasonable.
But then I started facing problems with the internet connection.Very often I used to not get internet for sometime and the connection restores after a period of time, sometimes about 30-40min.
I even filed a complaint and all they said was we will look into the problem but the issue never got solved.
Im not sure if any one else in my locality faced this problem, maybe you can enquire about this and get a connection.
