Worst services in the world. Review on Hathway Broadband

I am using Hathway for almost one year and I am facing lot of  problems with service. The customer service of hathway is one of the worst in the world.

They should be noted in Guines Book of world records for their worst services. Every time they give complain number and without solving complain they close complain number. Every week their service is closed. Everytime I call they just pass the blame to their different teams internally.

At the end of 7-8 calls finally the announcement comes as they are doing some technical works in your area, so you will not get any service. As a customer, we just cant reach them even we have some other technical issue to discuss. I made many complaints to the company and  no one takes it seriously and you wont get a single reply from any concerned person. I was always been miss guided by customer service executive for resolving problems. They act very unprofessional. My experience is so bad with them. I wont recommend Hathway Broadband services to any one.
